Overall Description: A long-range comprehensive plan that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Houston District to guide the orderly development of regional system improvements. It is the District’s roadmap to future REAL projects that, once completed will create a more seamless intermodal system through an interconnected system of managed express lanes, and mobility hubs, integrating our region’s transportation, transit and freight system into an efficient, equitable, flexible and seamless multi-modal mobility network.
