Operations / Data Management Practice is the intersection where the physical assets and road network and meet the hyperspace highway. This practice supports all aspects of a Traffic Operations Center from physical TOC facilities to TOC data and information storage, analytics and visualization to executives and stakeholders. This practice area leverages existing hardware, software and interfaces to offer an integrated platform of data, tools, and applications that improve business practices and incorporate new technology to advance traffic management.

We support seven-day-a-week operation centers within house dispatchers and subject matter experts that support multiple State, District, and Local agencies to share and monitor information in order to effectively supervise traffic and manage traffic incident responses. This is achieved by supporting all TOC operations such as traffic sensors, distress calls and video feeds from closed-circuit TV cameras, while coordinating with multiple agencies and other transportation agencies.
